Please be aware that we are a Private Billing clinic. We do NOT Bulk Bill. Consultation fees apply to all appointment types, and are expected to be paid in full on the day of the consultation.
Standard Consultation Fees (Face-to-face and Telehealth)
Our standard fees are listed below. Fees may differ for certain consultation types, and are ultimately subject to the treating practitioner’s discretion.

New Patient Appointments & Cancellation Policy
It is Practice Policy for the first appointment for any New Patient to be booked as a Double Appointment, and a $50 deposit will be taken at the time of booking. This deposit will be deducted from the cost of the first appointment. A deposit may be refunded in full for any cancellations made at least 3 hours before the appointment time.
Non-attendance or cancellations made less than 3 hours before the appointment time will incur a $50 cancellation fee.
Medicare Claiming
If you have provided your bank account details to Medicare, then are able to lodge your Medicare claim on your behalf at the time of payment. Please advise reception staff if you do not wish to have your claim lodged with Medicare.
