• When you book a telehealth appointment online you will be asked to provide a payment method
• You will see an estimated cost of your appointment
• You will be asked to confirm your details are correct
• Your card will not be charged until after the appointment
• You card details are never visible to HotDoc or Boroondara Health & Wellness Centre
• If you do NOT want to provide credit card details, please call Reception to book your appointment
