Dr Upkar Sara

MBChB, DCH (UK), MRCGP (UK), FRACGP ad eundum gradum

Dr Sara graduated from the University of Leicester, UK in 2004 and qualified as a GP in the UK in 2009. She moved to Australia shortly after with her husband and worked for a year in Gippsland. After leaving Gippsland she has been working as a GP in Rowville but has decided to work closer to home and therefore join our practice.
As well as completing her GP training, Dr Sara has a Diploma in Child Health and completed Family Planning courses. She has a particular interest in Women’s Health and Family Planning.

"In my spare time I like to enjoy the Aussie sunshine, relax on the beach, explore the country, and attempt sports like badminton and squash."
